We are pleased to offer a collection service; however, this is strictly by prior appointment. Estimated preparation times will be displayed at checkout, and our team will contact you following your order to confirm a suitable collection slot. Due to the limited size of our yard — where we are simultaneously receiving inbound deliveries, preparing outgoing orders, and loading our own vehicles — it is not always logistically feasible to accommodate unplanned collections. Customers arriving without an agreed appointment may be able to place an order but not collect during that visit and be asked to return at a later date. For urgent requirements, we kindly ask that you telephone in advance so we can advise whether it is possible to accommodate your request.

We ask all customers to review the Storage & Handling guidelines in our individual product guides (see Products & Knowledge). Timber must be stored off the ground, dry, and protected from harsh weather, chemicals, and other on-site risks until fitted.

All orders should be inspected upon delivery, or as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Any concerns must be raised immediately.

Returns will only be accepted where boards are in the same condition in which they were supplied. Timber that has been cut, fitted, exposed to the elements, or otherwise altered/damaged on site cannot be accepted.

Please note: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing standard stock products online may be entitled to cancel within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to bespoke, cut-to-size, or factory-treated orders.
